Alissa Vatter
Founder & CEO

Alissa Vatter is the Founder and CEO of Joyfully Grieving. She is the proud mom of her 3 sons and is beyond grateful for the gift of grace in the daily art of perfectly imperfect parenting. Her loss has fueled her hearts passion to create space for others to feel and do the hard work of learning to breathe and find meaning in the face of loss.

By day, she is a 1st grade distance learning teacher, preschool chauffeur and AVP, Title Sales Executive for national commercial services and builder services, to name a few roles. By night, she is a domestic wonder woman and loves diving headfirst, fully present, into the simplicity of loving on her family. She strives to not get lost in the busyness of life and be her absolute best at the business at hand.

In her spare time she enjoys hiking, riding endless miles on her bike that goes nowhere, getting lost in Lego or boy mom super hero adventures and dating her incredible husband.
