For grieving parents, together we heal and learn to breathe again

A place for advocacy, community and holding space for parents of infant and child loss.

If you have found yourself here, it’s because you or someone you love was just forced into a club you once knew nothing about and now you would give anything to give up your lifetime membership.

I want you to know, regardless of your circumstances, you are safe in this place. We are holding space for your empty hands and broken hearts. Together we will heal and together we will learn to breathe again.

We are Joyfully Grieving.

Holding Space

Here at Joyfully Grieving we are holding space for you to be present in your journey. Bring your feels and take what you need. Holding space means we are a community of judgment free empathy that welcomes your good moments and hard ones. We believe that all loss is equal and deserving of healing….

Be Engaged

Together we will learn to grieve through physical movement and through this physical movement we will learn to breathe again. Virtually and (fingers crossed - soon in person) we will gather, move together and heal!

Love Bombs From Owen

Have you or someone you loved experienced loss of a child? Allow us to connect with you.

"I was honored and happy to join the Joyfully Grieving Connect event. It was a beautiful afternoon- both in setting and purpose. I felt such a sense of peace as I sat in the grass sipping herbal water, absorbing the breeze, sunshine and good energy from the volunteers around me. Thank you for the opportunity to pause in the middle of a golden desert afternoon to create beauty and just...breathe. It was a day I won't soon forget. Love & Light, friend. — Jennifer
